Before copying a code

Rejoin a fresh server only after you have checked those simple causes and the client is fully loaded.

If several independent checks still fail, move the entry to the expired or conflicting list instead of repeatedly submitting it. Do not use a random third-party script, extension or download that claims to redeem codes for you. The safe workflow is an in-game input, a visible reward response and a source link you can inspect. When a code works for one player but not another, record the account gate as unknown until the official source explains it.

Verify and use the reward

After pressing submit, wait for the client’s reward message and check the relevant inventory or currency counter. Trait Crystals, Stat Rerolls, Stat Locks, Equipment Rerolls, Equipment Locks and Gems support different parts of progression, so do not assume a code gave the package shown by a different tracker. If the message is unclear, take note of the code, date and visible inventory before leaving the server.
